For Chocolate and Cookie Lovers

Preparation: 10 minutes

Ingredients (per serving)

  • 8 Aviko Churros Loop
  • 4 brownie cubes
  • 4 nougat
  • 150 g various pieces of chocolate, e.g.
    dark, milk with nuts and/or white
  • 150 g various biscuits, e.g. (mini)
    amaretti, (mini) chocolate chip cookies
    and cantuccini

    SAUCES
  • 1 portion hot (homemade) chocolate sauce*
  • 50 ml mocha sauce
  • 50 ml toffee or caramel sauce

    DOUBLE-DIPPING
  • 2 tbsp nougatine nuts
  • 1 tbsp disco dip

Method

Prepare the churros according to the instructions.
Heat 400 ml of long-life whipping cream with 300 g of coarsely
chopped dark chocolate in a saucepan.
Melt the chocolate into the warm cream over low heat and stir
to make a smooth chocolate sauce. Keep the sauce warm on
low heat or heat gently when serving; if the sauce is too thick,
add some extra whipping cream.
Divide the brownies, nougat, chocolate and biscuits on the plate.
Add the sauces and finally the churros.
