Citrus Churros

Preparation: 10 minutes + 1 hour waiting time

Ingredients (per serving)

  • 1 Aviko Churros XXL
  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Tangerine
  • 50 g of blueberries
  • Marinade (100 g sugar/100 ml juice (of the above-mentioned citrus)/100 ml cava/white wine
  • Orange sorbet / hangover / white chocolate mouse

Method

Cut segments from your citrus fruit.
Squeeze out the remains for the juice you will use for the marinade.
Caramelise the sugar, deglaze with the juice of your citrus fruit and 100
ml of wine or cava. Reduce to 1/3 of the amount.
Let the marinade cool to room temperature and marinate your fruit in it for
at least 1 hour.
Prepare the churros according to the instructions, and top with your dish.
Make a nice quenelle of the sorbet and serve with it.
Garnish with halved blueberries.
