Churros Wreath With Pear, Ice cream and chocolate sauce

Preparation: 20 minutes

Ingredients (per serving)

  • 300 g Aviko Churros Loop
  • 125 ml long-life whipped cream (pack)
  • 125 g dark chocolate
  • 1 juicy hand pear
  • 500 ml vanilla ice cream
  • Small ice cream scoop

Method

Heat the whipping cream in a saucepan.
Break 100 grams of chocolate into cubes and add to the cream.
Prepare the churros according to the instructions.
Meanwhile halve the pear and remove the core. Cut the pear into wedges.
Arrange the churros and pear segments alternately in a wreath shape on
a large flat dish. Top with small scoops of ice cream. Pour a little chocolate
sauce over the ice cream. Serve the rest in a small bowl to dip the churros
in. Grate the rest of the chocolate over it and serve immediately.

Tip: Also delicious with (ready-made) stewed pears!
