Churros Summer Fruit
Preparation: 15 minutes
Ingredients (per serving)
- 1 Aviko Churros XXL
- 1 peach
- 5 raspberries
- 10 blueberries
- Squeeze bottle of white chocolate sauce with earl grey (150 ml whipping cream, 125 g white chocolate, 2 tea bags)
Method
Heat the cream and soak 2 sachets of earl grey in it for 10 minutes.Sieve the cream and reheat, dissolve the chocolate in it. Let the sauce
cool down.
Clean the peach and cut into slices, roast each side briefly in a hot pan.
Prepare the churros according to the instructions.
Arrange the peach in tiers on plates.
Place the churros against it.
Drizzle the white chocolate sauce over them.
Garnish with raspberry and blueberry.
