Churros Banana

Preparation: 5 minutes

Ingredients (per serving)

  • 1 Aviko Churros XXL
  • 1 banana
  • Chocolate sauce (200 g dark,
    150 ml milk, 1 tbsp sugar)
  • Toasted nuts
  • Fudge
  • Melissa Cress

Method

Cut the banana into tight slices, press them out in a fan on the plate
(see picture).
Scoop a generous tablespoon of chocolate sauce into the centre of
your plate and gently smooth it out like a mirror.
Prepare the churros according to the instructions, and place them over
the dish.
Garnish the dish with chopped nuts, fudge and Melissa cress.
